  1. Duration of Warranty:
    We are pleased to offer a comprehensive warranty for all our hardware products. The warranty period extends for a duration of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
  2. Coverage:
    During the warranty period, we commit to replacing any hardware device that malfunctions or exhibits defects in materials or workmanship. This coverage applies exclusively to internal issues and defects not caused by external damage.
  3. Replacement Procedure:
    If a hardware device fails due to internal issues within the two-year warranty period, customers are eligible for a replacement. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the defective device. Once received, we will promptly dispatch a new replacement unit.
  4. Exclusions:
    The warranty does not cover damages resulting from external factors such as accidents, misuse, negligence, natural disasters, or any other actions that fall outside normal operating conditions. Devices damaged by external factors will not be eligible for replacement under the warranty.
  5. Damages Caused by Installer:
    In cases where a device is damaged by the installer during the two-year warranty period or thereafter, we understand that accidents may happen. We are committed to providing repair services for such instances. Customers are required to notify us promptly, providing details of the damage and, if possible, photographic evidence. Our technical support team will assess the situation and, if deemed repairable, guide customers through the necessary steps to facilitate the repair process.
  6. Free Repair Services:
    Repair services for damages caused by the installer within the two-year warranty period or thereafter will be provided free of charge. However, shipping costs associated with returning the device to our service center may be the responsibility of the customer.
  7. Customer Responsibility:
    Customers are responsible for ensuring the proper installation and use of our hardware products according to the provided guidelines. Any deviations from these guidelines that result in damage will void the warranty.
